Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting the UAE HORECA sector to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts, including international hotel chains, high-end restaurants, catering companies, and coffee chains.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade terms in alignment with company profit goals and market positioning.
• Monitor competitor activity, product performance, and market trends to identify opportunities for brand expansion.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns, tasting events, and trade exhibitions (e.g., Gulfood, The Hotel Show).
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support to maintain long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and availability.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports, and performance reviews for senior management.
• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales executives/representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
• Set clear KPIs, monitor field performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets within the HORECA segment, especially with rice.

• Deep understanding of the UAE FMCG and hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with corporate and SME clients.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP systems, and sales reporting software.
• Culturally adaptable and comfortable working in a multinational environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
• 5–8 years of experience in HORECA sales, preferably within beverages or food distribution in the UAE/GCC.
• Valid UAE driving license (essential).

Job Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip.
• Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers.
• Safely and timely transport personnel, when necessary, to work, back home, and to official occasions.
• Collect payments and issue receipts.
• Assist clients or employees with loading and unloading their luggage.
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay informed about road conditions.
• Schedule regular vehicle service appointments and report any mechanical issues.
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as company policies and procedures.
• Ensure the vehicle is always clean by washing both interior and exterior parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and perform work involving receiving, delivering, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labelling, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of products.
• Keep records to maintain inventory control, cost containment, and proper stock levels.
• Extend all requisitions daily and update the inventory management system.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
• Monitor and take inventory regularly to compile orders based on stock levels or needs.
• Responsible for the day-to-day check of storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
• Handle all items coming into and issued from the warehouse, either from suppliers or branches.
• Use the PDT device while receiving and issuing items to/from suppliers or branches.
• Ensure all documents are correct before receiving or issuing goods.
• Perform physical verification when receiving or issuing items.
• Report immediately to the storekeeper if there are any concerns about receiving or issuing goods.
• Maintain proper inventory management processes to manage expired, damaged, or banned items appropriately.
• Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surplus items.
• Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures.
• Carry out other assignments given by management or supervisors.

• Unload merchandise and materials from the incoming vehicles and stack them to the assigned locations in the storage facilities.
• Locate and move the stock of products to crates or pallets for shipment or storage.
• Identify damages and reporting quality deficiency or shortages to the supervisor.
• Check whether the goods to be transported are arranged properly in the vehicles.
• Inspect Forklift to determine if it requires any repairs and assuring safety by regularly maintaining them.
• Keep updated activity logs and inventory details.
• Comply with the company policies and legal procedures.
• Maintaining a safe and secure environment of the facilities.
• Must ensure a solid understanding and comply with the principles of the company's Code of Ethics.
